UK born child 3year old PBS dependant ILR or British citizen

Hi

I am the main applicant of Tier 1 general ILR. I have 2 dependants, all 3 of us granted leave to remain that expires at same date 7 May 2016.

My wife and UK born child 3+ years old was previously granted 3 years.

Question 1. Do i have to apply for the child at the same time of me and my wife application? or is it possible to get our ILR then apply for naturalization for the child application?

Question 2. Do i have to pay for NHS surcharge for the Child if i must have to apply for the same time as my application?

Question 3. My earnings showed from self employed and employed sources? Can i go for premium service at the window?

Yes, a UK born child does not require ILR to register as British. Once you/wife are granted ILR and receive your BRP cards, you can apply for citizenship for the child.

The surcharge is not payable for ILR applications or for citizenship. It is only payable for visas and visa extensions.

If all your tax and income declared to HO and HMRC are in order, should be fine.
