had you been living together in a relationship akin to marriage before you left Malawi to claim asylum in the UK?pocketpc wrote:I have recently just acquired UK refugee status, I am a citizen of UGANDA who has been living in Malawi but left for the UK, and have fiancee a Malawian , who i mentioned during my claim, before the status was granted here in the UK.. On what legal basis can i get my fiancee to join me in the UK? Even in the event that we get married in the 3rd country(Malawi) in a few months.
advise would be appreciated.
