Bringing Partner to the UK

Hello,
Looking to see if anybody can help me out with what visas my partner should be looking at submitting. He is Brazilian however, lives and is resident in Portugal. I am a British citizen and am in higher education in the UK about to finish and we want to move in together in the UK. We are confused as to which visa we should be applying for?
