British Citizenship for a 15 old son

Hi to all.
I became a British Citizenship in 2018 ( Living in UK since 2006 Italian passport. )
I am married since 2004 and got 3 kids. Kids was born in UK in 2014 and 2016 and they also have British Citizenship and Passport.
I have a son born in Brazil in 2004. He came to UK in 2007. He also have Italian Citizenship since 2010 and living in UK since.
As I am quite sure I can apply British Citizenship for my son ( correct me if I am wrong ) I would like to know whats the steps I have to take.
Do I have to apply settle status for him before I send MN1 application form ?
Or can I just fill in the MN1 application and send it through ?

He needs PR or Settled Status before he can apply for citizenship.

Just in case, I applied today through EU Settlement Scheme.
I got the email saying :

CERTIFICATE OF APPLICATION
This certificate of application confirms receipt of your valid application under the EU Settlement Scheme. You will receive a decision shortly.You can continue to rely on any rights you have as an EEA or Swiss citizen, or as the family member of an EEA or Swiss citizen bla bla bla.

So Do I have to wait or I can just fill in the MN1 application and send it ?

You MUST wait. You have to submit evidence of Settled Status for a no UK born child.
