Certificate of Entitlement to the Right of Abode

I'm a British citizen by naturalisation (2012). I wanted to apply for a British passport or Certificate of Entitlement to the Right of Abode
for my kids who were born in India and are staying in India with their mother. My daughter is almost 4 years old and my son is a few months old.

As a British parent, they want my original british naturalisation certificate.
If I'm applying for both of their Certificate of Entitlement to the Right of Abode
and BIO together, will I be able to provide my naturalisation certificate for both applications or do I need to apply separately and wait for the application to be successful and apply for the 2nd application.

Which documents do I need?

Has anyone gone through this process outside the uk?

Supporting documents are uploaded digitally for each application.

The only original that has to be submitted at biometric appointment is the Indian passports for each applicant and application. Presumably both children have Indian passports??

The form tells you at the end what is required.

Note that the certificate of entitlement to right of abode will only be valid for as long as the children's foreign passport is valid for.

It is not a difficult process, many have done this.

  Parents' marriage certificate.
  Parents birth certificate.

• Childs antenatal records (pregnancy visits) and hospital discharge paper.

Regats to the uk address if it's okay to leave it blank?

What do you mean by BIO?

You can't apply for both their passport and CoE-RoA - they can hold either one or the other.

Also, don't create another topic with the same content. It'll be merged together anyway.

bio means when my wife will take the kids for an appointment at the vfs centre.

The spouse visa application is irrelevant to their CoE applications.

You don't need a letter.

This seems fine. Because the application is for a CoE, it has to be affixed on a foreign passport. So nationality, Indian and other nationality Brit is fine.

Everything else is on point.
