Did you recieved confirmation letter after recieving this email?
I got the same reply one month ago.emailed again on the 20th of May and was advised that it is aproved but I will receive a letter to ask me to attend a ceremony when the situarion has improved
Good luck
I'm in a similar situation. In April I received an email that a decision on my application was made, but I haven't received a formal letter. After a month passed, I tried emailing nationalitysupportteamfmt@homeoffice.gov.uk twice. Eventually got a response from the caseworker that a confirmation of the decision would be sent once ceremonies resume.standrews wrote: ↑Fri Jun 05, 2020 10:33 pmHey,Whatareyoutalking wrote: ↑Fri Jun 05, 2020 6:58 pmHi therestandrews wrote: ↑Sun May 10, 2020 10:33 pmI applied for Naturalisation 13th Jan and emailed HO for an update and below is the reply ...

Did you recieved confirmation letter after recieving this email?
I got this email by contacting <nationalitysupportteamfmt@homeoffice.gov.uk> on 1st week of may, after that I contacted them 3 times about decision letter but they did not reply.
I also contacted <FurtherNationalityEnquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk> mentioning previous correspondence but they said they forwarded my progress request to relevant department to reply back, but no emails about decision so far ...
If anyone know where else should I contact, please let me know.

Congratulation Bebu.all the bestBebu2019 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 11, 2020 4:16 pmHello everyone
I am delighted to finally inform you that my application has been successful. I am going to post my timeline if anyone is interested. I applied back in September, so that was a bit of a wait. I also did not have the CSI thing but they did not even ask me about it. I have also been abroad since January on a university placement and it does not seem to have been a problem. I just received it by email.
Good luck to everyone and try to keep calm. Easier said than done, I actually considered withdrawing my application last week. But you'll get there.
Now waiting for ceremonies to resume!
PS: I am not sure that it actually had an effect but I did email them on Tuesday on the usual MMST email address and got an automatic reply instantly (in the middle of the night).
Not sure if I should worry about this. It says I must book appointment but also says Home Office would send a reminder. I haven't received any. Should I send an email?Attend an appointment to provide your documents and biometrics by 29 May
You must book and attend an appointment with UK Visa and Citizenship Application Services (UKVCAS) to provide your evidence and biometrics (fingerprints and facial photograph). We will send you a reminder after this date if you have not attended an appointment
Some of us called HO regarding Biometrics deadline.gk642 wrote: ↑Sun Jun 14, 2020 7:50 pmHi ,
I have submitted my application on March 24th and paid the fee hoping to get an appointment before COVID shutdown only to realise UKVCAS already stopped taking new appointments.
I got a default email acknowledgement and case ID from Home Office on March 30th stating that my application is received and is being considered.
I have two queries and your advise:
1. On my online application, there is this note:Not sure if I should worry about this. It says I must book appointment but also says Home Office would send a reminder. I haven't received any. Should I send an email?Attend an appointment to provide your documents and biometrics by 29 May

2. UKVCAS is now operating with few centres, but I do not see any slots available (I am applying from Newcastle and the local centre is not open if that matters). Anyone managed to get appointments lately? I do not see any posts in this regard. Do I need to wait?
Thanks in Advance,
Gona
There is a specific topic for ceremony issues. Posts were moved to there. Please do not post ceremony issues/questions in THIS thread.
That's actually a very good sign. It means that they're (at least partially) back to work from the office, which might mean that they'll resume sending the citizenship certificates to the councils towards the renewal of oath ceremonies.
Thanks for sharing that. Hopefully we will get our decisions sent soon!chand92 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 18, 2020 1:56 pmyes i received a letter from Home office via post stating i am pleased to confirm that your application for AN has been successful & citizenship paperwork will be generated in coming weeks when current restrictions due to Corona virus are eased."
