Have not received Naturalisation certificate back after passport arrival

Hi all, I applied Naturalisation certificate (MN1) and passport for my daughter (a combine application) through NCS in 2017. I received her passport but never received Naturalisation certificate. I wrote emails (nationalityenquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk) when NCS Southampton advised me. I never heard nothing from home office. NCS did not help as well and now they don't exist.
Please advise what I should do?

Are you sure you disnt get it as it would have arrived in a brown envelope. Looks almost like junk mail.

NCS was only an agent and nothing to do with ho and certificates except for ceremonies.

My personal opinion, its too late to chase that document now. You will have to spend a lot of money getting a duplicate. The naturalization certificate is returned the next day by 2nd class mail if you have not paid for special delivery. But its ~ 2 years now and it is impossible to trace.

Thank you for your opinion. But I am seeking an expert opinion as well. May I request CR001 if I can do any thing to get it.
My I also ask, We have received passport for my daughter. Is it necessary to get the certificate. Do we really need it in our life later on. Please advise.

It is the certificate that proves her citizenship and date it was obtained.

A passport is only a travel document.

You will need to apply for a duplicate. You could write a letter and explain the circumstances and send with the application if you wish.
