Poll number

Hi,
Received my citizenship approval letter from home office as an email. It just had a reference number. No poll number. Council asked me to complete a questionnaire for ceremony which ask for home office reference number and poll number.
Not sure where to find the poll number

Did you receive approval letter or ceremony letter?The ceremony letter is the one with the Poll number.

Hi dear I received approval citizenship in 20th April 2020 but I didn't received invitation latter for ceremony now is 12weeks and 10 days pls advise me

have you asked the council what this Poll number is? Is it connected to the electoral register?
