Hi there,
I am applying for the UK nationality for myself, my wife, and my kid. I have another kid who has already got it as he was born here in the UK.
I have a question regarding the following point:
Proof of living in the UK for 5 years if applying in your own right or 3 years if applying as the spouse of a British Citizen
I have seen several posts about it in this forum and all say that it has to be the passport.
Now the issue is that I have all of my passports and it is the same for my kid, however, out of the three passports that my wife had during this 6 years (Jan 2017 - Jan 2023), we only have two:
1- One issued at 01/2011 and expired at 08/2018 (available)
2- One issued at 01/2019 and expired at 06/2021 (only a copy of the first two pages)
3- One issued at 04/2021 and expires on 04/2027 (available)
My wife was not working during this period and the only documents that I have is the bills, and few NHS letters. In addition, our baby (who has already got the nationality) was born here in 09/2018
What do you advice to answer the question? Having in mind that we have entered the UK in Jan 2017 and we got the ILR in Jan 2022 (5 years). My wife has the following trips outside the UK during this 6 years:
1- 29 September 2019 - 14 November 2019
2- 5 July 2022 - 5 August 2022
Many thanks
