Referee forms photos during lockdown?

I got a letter from HMRC detailing my past employed, as well as P60s, P45s and payslips to give as supporting documents. However, I have noticed that my HMRC record states that my current employment (part-time casual job) has ended. My employer says that I am still on payroll. Is there any need to explain why I have stated that this is my current employment on my application, while my HMRC record says the employment has ended. I'm not sure if it will cause any issues when they cross-check it?

It's not an issue but you can attach a note explaining.
Note you don't need to submit all the documents you have listed, P60s generally are sufficient if they cover the residency period.

Hi Boss, when did you request the employment history to hmrc I meant how long it took to come over ?

Did you request for last 10 years ?

As I requested and they said I can't have last 10 years history but only 5 years.

I called them up on the 4th (waiting time was close to 1h, so be patient), and received it on the 9th. Yes, they can only do up to 5 years back, which is what I got.

Thanks. I have all the payslips, but not all the P60/P45. I am very paranoid and have gathered as many documents as possible. In general, I have university letters that clearly show 5 years attendance. I believe these would be sufficient in general and no other documents should be needed.

I got settled status last year and will soon be submitting my citizenship application. I have proof of award letters from university stating course start/end date and that it was a full time course. These cover my qualifying period.

My questions are:

1) Will submitting just these be enough to prove living in the UK? I have E104 which I will submit as proof of CSI in addition to these.

2) I have had some jobs during my time as a student. Do I need to submit P60s, P45s or payslips if I had already submitted letters from university?

I recently travelled abroad and on return I had to fill in a Passenger Locator Form providing my details for the purpose of self-isolation, etc. The PDF that I got has the UK Visas and Immigration logo and an unique application number. Would it be fair to assume this counts as an "immigration application" and would therefore need to be included in the section with previous immigration applications on my naturalisation application, where I have also included my Settled Status applcation number.

I have the following questions regarding what idedntity documents to provide for my naturalisation application.

1) The document section only asks for my passport and proof of nationality. My passport would be enough for both, however, in the application itself, I have provided details of my national ID. Do I need to provide this as well?

2) Can I scan these myself or do I have to send originals / go to a service point for them to be scanned. Also, I have some stamps in my passport, do I have to scan those pages too? Or is it just better to scan the whole passport, just in case?

3) I have previously held another passport, which expired, but some of my trips during the qualifying period were made with that passport. I no longer have it, as I had to return it and I'm worried they'll ask me to provide it. I only have a scanned photo of the data page for it.

For the employment history section, am I asked to provide 10 years worth of employment history, or since I came to the UK. Does that only refer to employment in the UK, because I have about 2 months worth of temporary employment abroad?

Yes, but is that all employment or UK employment only? I can see the paper AN form says UK only, but didn't really see that on the online application.

For the previous immigration applications section, does that refer to applications made to the Home Office only, eg settled status (which I have included). Do I need to include visa applications made to other countries? If so, how would they get the information as the reference number won't mean anything to them.

Applications to ukvi only, all applications.

In the referees section, where they ask "How does the referee know the applicant?", am I supposed to answer from my referee's perspective or from mine? I currently have "I met [my name] through my work...", as in quoting my referee's answer.

The only thing that stops me from submitting my application is that I don't have a passport photo taken within the last month and everything is closed so I can't get one. My last photo is from January 2020 (my appearance hasn't changed). Has anyone had any problems with using old photos? How strict are they regarding this? I'm aware that the wouldn't normally know that the photo is old, but I have used it for a visa application before so it might come up.

You should be ok with that picture - alternatively take a "selfie" on your phone or digital camera. Shouldn't think it's critical - it's not a passport application where they actually use your picture in the official document.

What worries me is that they mention on the referee form that the photo should follow the passport photo guidelines, which state that is should be taken within the last month.

OK - then either take a selfie (in line with passport requirements) and use that, or find a photo booth (I see plenty are still working around supermarkets).

Should the referee forms be dated before or after application submission or it doesn't matter? I just had my referees sign the forms today but will submit in a couple of days. Just wondering as the declarations say that they confirm the information in my application is accurate, but I still haven't submitted.

Doesn't have to be the same date as application submit date. A few days before or after is not critical.

When uploading documents, will there be a section where I can provide additional information?

Right now, I have this statement, in the Immigration details / Give other details to be considered:
"I will upload a letter that contains additional information that I feel is relevant for my application."

Is that ok, or should I leave that bit empty and simply upload the document?
