BRP not received after going to the super priority service for SET (LR)

Hello everyone
i am just wondering that i have gone to the super priority service to sopra steria after applying for the SET (LR) on the 15th of August, 2019. Just got an email saying that it has been approved and after 4 days on the 19th of August, 2019 i have received a letter from the UKVI stating the same.
Just wondering i still havent received the BRP card yet though its been 2 weeks approximately. On the website under the BRP not received section it wont allow me to report for another 3-4 days.
My question is that whether anyone been going through the same situation like me?
and when should i expect the BRP card??
Also if possible can anybody tell me what the problem is, why the brp is taking so long after the application approval??

It takes 7-10 working days and there was a bank holiday in this time. It is not the Home Office that produce the BRP, it is produced in Wales and delivered by DX Couriers.

Actually the reason i am worried is because after going through the discussion made by people for ILR, I havent found a single person who hasn't received the BRP more than 4-5 days of the biometric appointment.
I thought i am the only one thats why I am so worried, tensed and confused of what to do and why its not been arrived!!
