Hello. I am a New to this site and want to apply for spouse visa I I will be applying under adequate maintenance as I'm a carer but I work part time but get payed cash and only get hand written invoices, but I get benefits and wanted to know if I meet the requirements.
I get tax credits of £136 weekly
Child benefit of £ 20 weekly
Carers allowance of £ 62 weekly
Housing benefit of £ 42 weekly
Council tax £ 2.38
Out of this I pay £39 rent and £19 council tax would I qualify?
