can I change job while waiting for set (LR) approval?

I am going to submit my application soon. When I check on ukvi website, it only askes for a passport, BRP, Life in the UK test and English Language. Are there any other documents I need to provide? I have been on T4 and PBS dependent and T2 until now. My friend told me he submitted a lot more documents like bank statement, company letters, etc. Are those required? Thank you.

He did his 10 years routes last year. Thanks. I think I can submit it now if those are all that required.

Just had a checklist from my application. They ask for proof of relationship with my wife and last two years address proof? I thought those were not necessary. Does it mean that I have to print out bills every month and upload them electronically? Thank you.

They are NOT required. The checklist is GENERIC and not the rules.

I am currently on tier 2 and I submitted my application for set (LR) in October 2020. I just been offered a new job with a new company. Can I start to work for them before my set(LR) decision been made or I have to wait until it is granted? Thank you.

No, you must wait until ILR is granted. Your current visa does not allow you to work for other companies
