Can I re-enter UK as a tourist right after Tier2 expires?

Hello,

I am going to get fired by the end of this month, I then have two months to stay in the UK and look for another job.

I already have another job lined up in another country, however, I applied for the visa of that other job in the UK and I have to collect the stamp in UK.

Can I travel within the two months grace period of my work visa outside of the UK and come back just to collect my stamp in the passport? I want to stay a month in India while I wait the other country visa to be processed.

Unlikely you will be allowed to re-enter the UK if you have left your sponsoring employer and your visa is curtailed. They have an obligation to notify HO as soon as you have left, which is likely to flag up on the IO's computer.
