I have a Question about my old immigration case.
In 2010 I got post study work visa for 2 years. I applied for extention in 2011 on point based system. At the time I depended on income from UK and outside uk . The point calculator showed enough points to apply for extention under the category available at the time. An accountant statement was submitted with applications but my application was refused on the basis "" THERE IS NO FINANCIAL YEAR STATED IN THE APPLICATION " where it clearly mentioned that FINANCIAL YEAR 2011.
However I was given no chance of appeal or review, accordingly I went to a Solicitor in Birmingham and she appealed on HUMAN RIGHTS BASIS which was refused later.
My Question is that the real ISSUE OF FINANCIAL YEAR which was there in the statement never contested despite my concerns raised with my solicitor but she turned it down.
My QUESTION IS THAT """ CAN WE APPEAL TO CHALLENGE THE POINT OF DATES which was clearly mentioned in the ACCOUNTANT STATEMENT ""
At the moment I am returned to my home country voluntarily in 2014.
Hope these are enough to understand my question.
Looking forward
