Trade challenge and English test

Post by Welderdave » Sun Dec 07, 2014 3:12 pm

I'm looking at doing my trade challenge exam in February, with a view at getting an fsw visa.
As an English born UK ccitizen do I need to do a test, to prove my English skills, or can I submit my English gcse qualifications?
I'm looking at moving to BC, or Albert.

Does anyone have any advice on whether it would be wise to apply for a working holiday visa to allow me to search for an employer, or whether I should try to find an employer willing to apply for an lmo, so I can get a temporary work visa? I will of course begin my permanent visa application once I have attained my red seal.
