Capital gains tax and spouse visa

I sold an online business and made a profit of 50k plus if I pay capital gains tax can I apply for spouse visa for my wife?

I am not familiar with spouse visa financial requirements - perhaps you could clarify so that other members can respond.
Sponsoring spouse based on having £50+ cash/savings in the bank after paying CGT?

To use cash savings etc, you need £62,500

I mean that minimum requirement is 18600. If I pay tax on the 50k my income will be more than 18600?
Or have I got it wrong?

Profit is not the same as annual salary income.
