carers allowance spouse visa application

Hi,
I would like to start a post however it does not allow me to as I am a new user. I am claiming carers allowance and need to a spouse visa. I am currently working and earn £60 per week as I work part time but have £1600 savings. Would this be enough to suffice? I also live with my parents rent free as they are the household owners with mortgage paid off therefore no issue of accommodation either as they allow me and my husband to stay with them. Can anyone shed light on this matter? Also would anyone recomened the premium service as I believe you get a reply within a day couple of hours sometimes as waiting 3 months is a very long time.
