My COS had start and ending date of Nov-2018 and Nov-2023. But my actual start date at the company May-2019.

My BRP has validity till Nov-2023.

Since the start date and end date has changed, can both assigned CoS and BRP be amended with the same?

No, not once the visa has been issued.

I was not in UK. My cos was assigned in jan 2019 and we applied for visa in april 2019 . I moved to UK in May and started work in May 2019.

So how can your CoS start date be 2 months before it was assigned and 5 months before you applied?

You will have to apply for an extension if your aim is to apply for ILR.

You cannot amend something that has already been used (CoS) and granted (visa).

My CoS has start and ending date as 30 November 2018 and 30 November 2023 respectively.
It was created on 11th November 2018.

And CoS was assigned to me by my sponsor on 21 January 2019 and was valid till 22 April 2019.

I made a Visa application on 4 April 2019 and decision was made on 8th Apr 2019.

M Visa is valid from 8th Apr 2018 to 14 Dec 2023.

Also, my BRP has validity till 14-Dec-2023.

I travelled to UK on 2nd May 2019 and started work at the company on 20 May 2019.

Since my actual start date is changed and I have got te Visa for 5 years, can the end date on BRP can be amended ?

No, as already advised when you asked the question on Saturday. You will have to apply for an extension!!

You cannot 'amend' something that has already been processed and issued.
