Changing employers on a Tier 2 Visa

Hey gurus!

I was granted a Tier 2 work visa on 25/01/2016 for 5 years. Before this I was on a Tier 4 student visa and a Tier 5.

I had to do my application outside of the U.K. Due to my previous Tier 5. The Tier 5 visa was with my current employer and I'm now on the Tier 2 with them. My question is how soon can I change employers if I receive a better offer ?

Whenever you want. Provided your approved sponsor completes the proper RLMT process.

But you will have to pay the immigration health surcharge and visa fees again.
