Chenchooliah or work permit

Post by Ricardo030390 » Sun Jan 30, 2022 8:09 pm

Hello friends,
I have 5 years stamp4eufam wich is going to expire after 9 months. I got this permission due to de facto partnership. But my EU partner and child left Ireland permanently. I am not married with EU partner.

Can I apply chenchooliah case? Or do you think work permit is better?
Is there anyone passes similar situation as mine??

If people don't answer, that doesn't mean they hoald a grudge against you, we just don't know the answer, most likely.

I will give only one advice to OP. Just spare some money and consult to a solicitor, for fixed price and time you can talk to them and explain them your case. And they can advise you, then you can ask their help or just say thanks and move on.

What you are asking is smth that will effect your residency and it’s important, instead of gambling with answer of random people just ask to someone that has expertise. You can get denial or refusal result of someone’s advice here and that will have impact on your residency in the end.

Maybe your situation is complicated for someone to advice, or they just don’t want to help or simply they don’t know the answer you are looking for.

Just do some googling and find a solicitor that has expertise in your area, nowadays you can even ask questions over online video so they don’t have to be nearby you. And most of them has their consultation price listed on their website and I saw that you can even pay online over internet booking your desired time and date.

Sorry I am no help as I simply have no clue about your situation and it seems like you are looking for an answer to your question for some time already. Besides, immigration and residency applications are moving on too slow nowadays so don’t leave your decision to last minute and good luck!
