Child Benefit, Public funds Yes/No.

Post by regcheck » Sat Dec 05, 2020 5:08 pm

Hello

I'm applying for ILR under set(O) form, where they have asked for ''Do you or anyone else who is part of this application receive any public funds ?''

My husband is UK citizen already (through ILR route) and we have a child benefit which goes to his account.

Do I need to say Yes/No for the above please could you advice ?

Thanks
