My spouse just got the ILR while my application is still in process ( Submitted) . I did not applied for ILR dependent for my children as they were born in UK. My son have a valid BRP ( skilled worker dependent) and my daughter do not have any documentation apart from UK Birth Certificate as she was born in 2023. I am planning to apply for Citizenship for my son and daughter as they both were born in UK.
1. I am filling up the form and can see I can add another applicant in single form ? is that correct or do i need to apply for both separately? Yes you can add both children to the same application. I believe your kids will only be eligible once your ILR is approved, but other members will be able to advise more
2. I have a daughter and she was born in UK last year. We do not have any identification document for her e.g passport or BRP. What shall we fill in the form for below question ?

I think only one parent should have ILR for eligibility criteria.

But the form gives option to add another sister or brother. Can someone please confirm ?

has engaged with the child in a professional capacity, such as a teacher, health
visitor, social worker or minister of religion.

If child has only been in school for 2 years that will be fine - referees are notoriously harder to get for children.

These two referees can be used fr other child as long as they both agree and know the child.

My son changed the school and in previous school he was there for 2 years as well . For 9 month baby i may not be able to find any professional person so will get some referee ( adult application). Not sure if i need to explain that in a letter with application
