Child nationality

Post by Mudabbir » Mon Mar 07, 2016 12:39 pm

Here is my case
I got ILR in June 2015 on the basis 10 year long residence.
My family join me in Jan 2014 before my ILR as entrepreneur dependent consist my wife and 2 year old child.
My doughter born in Nov 2014 before my ILR.
When I got ILR I had applied my doughter naturalisation. And she got naturalisation and also got British passport.
I had applied spouse visa for my wife and son as their visa running out in June 2016. They also got spouse/partner visa for 30 months.
I am going to apply naturalisation in June 2016. Can my son gets naturalisation after my naturalisation or dose he wait for more time. He was born in Pakistan.
If he eligible for naturalisation after my naturalisation then what procedure will need to require.
At the moment he is on spouse parent visa for 30 months.

No, your son will be on the same route as your spouse and if your son was born abroad, he requires ILR before he can apply for citizenship.
