Child UK passport - CoE-RoA

Hi,

I am on family dependent visa, but my child has CoE-RoA as his father has UK passport. Currently we are in UK, question is, is my child eligible to apply UK passport?

Yes.

The CoE RoA will then be cancelled and invalid once a British passport is issued.
