Claim for the employment wages

I m under the tire 1 entrepreneur visa in the sec. i had the first 3 years and i apply for the extension (2 years) and i have been accepted now i m in my business and regarding the (COVID19) and how this effected our life in deferent ways
So can i claim for the employee wages as the government offer this for businesses or i cant because of the visa
Please can any one advise me
