Universal credit and spouse visa

Hi
I am a British citizen. My wife and son recently moved from pak on spouse visa. I work full time just now while my wife doesn't work. I checked on entitledto website and calculator show I can get universal credit on my current income. The tenancy agreement is only on my name. Can you clarify please if my claim of universal credit ll have any impact on my family's future extension? Also will my wife have to attend interview at job centre?
