Clarification on Absences letter from employer for ILR

While completing the ILR application, I have selected YES to Degree taught in English as my bacheolors degree was taught in English in India, but I have selected it is not sufficient to fulfil the english language requirements and opted to take the english language test. In the required documents section, I am seeing 2 mandatory checkboxes - one for NARIC certificate for my degree taught in english and one for English language test pass certificate. Why I am being asked for NARIC certificate even though I am providing my English test certificate? If i say NO to Degree taught in English, NARIC certificate requirement is removed. But it would be a lie as my degree was taught in english. Please help what I should select here

The degree question in the form is ONLY relevant to meetign the English requirement. If you don't have UK NARIC, then you can't use your degree, simples. If you say NO it has absolutely no effect on your applciation. HO don't care what your qualifications are.

Based on your expertise and understanding of current situation, If I need to get ILR on hand as soon as possible, should i apply in standard route today or still wait for priority service to resume? By the way I am already eligible for ILR and have been waiting for the priority service to resume.
Also what if i lose my job while the application is being processed in the standard route? Will it have any impact?

The decision on whether to apply now as standard or wait till priority service resumes is yours. No one here can state categorically when the service you prefer will resume, you may be waiting for an indeterminate period.
However, if you apply now, you get yourself on the queue that is already existing and flow with it and surely with you still being employed and documents in order.

Everyone thinks that is clever but they do not consider other factors. First of all, withdrawing and applying again is required which could render some as overstayers. Priority also a UKVI service, so you may apply for an application online but may need to wait for weeks before you get a chance for UKVCAS biometrics.

Within the absences letter from employer while applying for ILR, do the employer have to include ALL the annual leave details OR only the annual leaves during which I have stayed outside the UK? Also do the employer have to mention literally every date or just FROM and TO dates with a count of days that I am absent between those dates in all the applicable instances? Please advise

Thanks, this gives a better picture on what's required. However could you please confirm the following.
So the letter should say like below (please note that I have never taken more than 25 annual leaves per year, so all the 'xx' from below are less than 25).
May 2015 - April 2016 : xx days
May 2016 - April 2017 : xx days
May 2017 - April 2018 : xx days
May 2018 - April 2019: xx days
May 2019 - July 2020: xx days

Here xx should be the total annual leave days on my employers database or only the annual leave days where I was not present in the UK?
Also, based on the above page, i assume we dont need to mention any specific dates when I was absent. We just need to mention the count of absent days. Right?
