Combination of Tier 1 Entrepreneur and Tier 1 investor

Hi

I am currently on Tier 1 entrepreneur leave to remain since three years previously i was on Tier 1 investor leave to remain for two years. Now i completed my 5 years as 3 years on entrepreneur visa and 2 years on investor visa.

Can i combine tier 1 Entrepreneur and Tier 1 investor for indefinite leave to remain?

Kindly help

The immigration rules don't state that you can combine the two different visa categories to make up 5 years and you will likely need 5 years on tier 1 entrepreneur.

If you can combine visa categories, the immigration rules would state what categories can be combined. If it doesn't state it, then you can't combine, as I have said.

If you read para 245HF (b) under tier 2 general, it shows you what the rules would state IF you can combine different categories.

(b) The applicant must have spent a continuous period of 5 years lawfully in the UK, of which the most recent period must have been spent with leave as a Tier 2 (General) Migrant or Tier 2 (Sportsperson) Migrant, in any combination of the following categories:
(i) as a Tier 1 Migrant, other than a Tier 1 (Post Study Work) Migrant or a Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur) Migrant,
(ii) as a Tier 2 (General) Migrant, a Tier 2 (Minister of Religion) Migrant or a Tier 2 (Sportsperson) Migrant

Not possible as you need 5 years under Tier 1E route for ILR. This requirement is under Immigration Rules Appendix A, Table 6 (item 4)
