I know the moderator are not obliged to do this but it would be wonderful if the Guidance topic above could be updated to reflect the changes to the regulations and case law decisions since 2010 . Just a thoought .Thanks

The stickies have received updates since 2010.

Are you referring to any in particular?
And to any specific case law?
