Username changed cant access account

Hi moderators

i had an old account here. I got it username changed a few days ago. I logged into it with new username. But now i cant log into it and i have forgotten the password and email address linked to it.

Old username :::: hina riaz rai
new username::::: Warda123

I dont know what the problem is. But please look into it.

Same email as you had before your username was changed. We don't change emails and passwords.
