complex issue ILR

Dear Experts

I have a complex situation regarding my ilr which is as follows

I work in a company X which has 2 branches A,B in two different cities. I am working in branch A since start of my Tier 2 general visa. I am completing my 5 years in October 2020 so eligible to apply in September. (add.info. Visa valid with company X till next yr September )

Now the complex part is, company X has sold Branch A where I was working. I am still working there until end of September to do handover and things but branch A has different company name now. I will get my AUGUST and September salary from Company X.

My salary slip and bank statement shows company X name not the branch name.

Now, as branch A is officially gone under different company name will my ilr application be affected? As I have to upload letter from employer which has to show place of work as ''Branch A owned by Company X'' or can I skip the branch name on letter and just write company X name and go ahead with application or the hard option is to move with my family to other city where Branch B is located and use address of that city to apply ILR later this year. (employer of company A is ready to help me either way )

Yes because your visa is tied up with company X.
