The employer received a message saying some information is missing, but upon double-checking, all info have been entered correctly. A follow up email has been sent to enquire about the situation but there has been no reply. A new application will be sent again today to see if it would make a difference.Frontier Mole wrote: ↑Fri Sep 01, 2023 2:31 pmIt is highly unusual and most unlikely that a request for additional undefined COS to be refused particularly to extend an existing period of leave. So there is something going on that suggests these reported circumstance is either not accurate or the Sponsor is under investigation or has even been suspended.
Has the OP checked to see if their sponsor in on the register?
Has the Sponsor stated the the reason for the COS?
Even in periods of suspension a COS will be issued to allow an existing skilled worker to apply to extend their visa. The visa application will not get processed until the after the suspension outcome is resolved though.
