COS EXPIRED

My employer refused to renew my COS and it will be expired this month.In my contract it is stated that failure to successfully pass the requirement test within 8 months upon arrival in uk will result in termination of your contract,and you required to leave the uk as mandated by uk immigration laws and the provision of tier 2-visas .I am confused if after the expiry date i am deported or can i find for a new job.My working visa will expired on 2021.I badly need your advise please. :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:

Why do you need to 'renew CoS' if you have a valid visa till 2021??

What is the start date of your visa??
Char (CR001 not Casa)
