Criterias/Checklist to process Skilled worker Visa

Hope you're all doing well.

I am working for an E-commerce company in UK under Post study graduate visa (Temporary) in the role name "Amazon Vendor Executive". As my visa is a temporary one and expires soon, I've requested my boss if he is willing to sponsor me for Skilled worked visa, for which he replied positively. However he is not sure about this procedure for offering visa for an employee as his company has not done to an employee before.

Before proceeding further to him, I need some clarification regarding salary threshold for my current role, eligible criteria to be met from employer's side.

I am happy to have a consultation to discuss this to have more clarity before further course of action.

Does the company have a Skilled Worker sponsor licence? Thus is needed before they can request and assign a CoS to sponsor a worker.

Thank you for the response. Yes, the company do have a license and I am working as a Business Development Executive with the salary of 30,000 GBP Per Annum.

I believe the relevant occupation code will be 3554, however I am not sure if my current salary will be eligible to file a skilled worker visa. Kindly advise

In any circumstances you will need at least 30960. How old are you and when did you graduate?

If you are not eligible as new entrant that you must be paid at least 38700.
