Good day moderator .
I am new to this forum and i will appreciate if you can help me with my problems.
I came to U.K. on tier 2 General visa on 4th May 2011 to expire 28 April 2013.Applied for tier 2 extension April 2013 till April 2016.While my wife joined me as tier 2 pbs dependent visa on 22 March 2014 to expire on April 2016.
On October 2015 my company sponsor licence was revoked and i received curtailment letter curtailing my leave till 1 November 2015.The curtailment letter was addressed to me and none was sent to my wife (dependent).
I was lucky to get another sponsor before 1 November 2015 and i applied for same day application which was granted till 23 May
2017 without my wife applying.
My wife later applied for tier 2 dependent visa extension on 14 March 2016 and she was given same expiry date like mine (23 May 2017).
On 12 April 2017 i applied for my ilr and was granted. My wife also applied for tier 2 dependent visa in April 2017 and was granted till 14 April 2020 .
My wife will be 5years on tier 2 pbs dependent visa on the 22 March 2019.
My questions.
1)When will my wife can apply for ILR ?.
2)I hope she has not been curtailed when i got my previous curtailment ?.
3)I hope home office will not assumed she has been curtailed previously?.
4) I hope her ilr calculation has been reset to the application she did after my curtailment ?.
5) Is there any way i could check if she got any curtailment?. If so please advise.
Thanks so much.

1. No sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of her initial visa issue date.
2. Unlikely.
3. Unlikely.
4. It hasn't.

1) From
22 Feb 2019 (or perhaps
earlier, depending on initial PBS dependant visa's
effective date) and before her leave expires.
2)
Curtailment is not automatic.
3) She must receive a notice of curtailment for it to be effective.
4) If she was an
overstayer, then she may have had problems extending leave.
5)
SAR.

You will see what details and records HO holds. She needs to apply for SAR herself by the way, you cannot apply for it for her due to GDPR etc.
