Date of application

Post by ramshazz » Wed Jul 17, 2019 7:23 pm

Hi Guys

I need some help. My first tier 2 visa was approved on 21st August 2014. When is the earliest i can book an appointment for my ILR at premium centre.
The date of issue on Brp was 27th August 2014.

I am currently on an extension of tier 2 valid till next year.

Thanks

Hi Guys

Sorry one more question as well.
On my extension i was in SOC code 1131 and my salary was 43000/annum for 39 hour week.

But i just checked and existing minimum salary for this code is 43300.I think its changed recently.

What should i do?

Thanks

It is 28 days from completing your 5 years, counting from your initial approval date. You must be paid the min salary as per SOC otherwise you cannot get ILR

Hi Zimba
Thanks for your reply.
Just one more thing, if my employer change my salary to 43,300 from this month and they put on the letter from employer salary( wef: 1st july 2019). Would that suffice?

The thing is even if i wait till emd of this month to get wage slip for this month it wont show in bank statements that i would submit because they will come towards mid of next month for month of August.

How should i do it? Pease give some advice.

My last six month wage slips are based on 43000 per annum which was above the required salary when i applied for extension in 2017.

Thanks

You need a payslip and corresponding bank statement.

Why can you not go into the bank and get a printed statement???
