28-Day Rule

I've just got an email from the UK Decision Making Centre, that they were unable to conclude the application at this time as they require additional information,
Please provide the following documents:
Bank statements showing sufficent funds over a 28 day period issued within 31 days of application date

I have submitted bank statements for the 1-31.10.2020 and 1-12.11.2020
my biometrics appointment was held on the 17th of Nov.
DATE OF APPLICATION: 10 November 2020 22:52 Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)

Am I missing something here? which date they require?

Your bank statements just be dated on or before 10th November (application date) and must be a statement for 28 days
You submitted a statement for only 13 days ending AFTER date if application

But, I have submitted two statements one covering 1st - 31st October and one covering 1st - 12th November.

That's covering 42 fiscal days.
Unsure why isn't that enough?

May be they lost ur 1-31 oct statement. Or u should ask ur bnk to give you a single statement covering only last 28 days,
If this is monthly generated statement then u should reply home office with clearification .

After looking same cases , I can assume that while submitting doctuments it counts as dupplicate document.I mean system erase the previouse document if u upload second time. And case worker is unable to find previouse statement. May be i m wrong. But could be a possibillity. Good luck
