I have printed this out and signed it Since I have already submitted the application , I cannot go back to any other sections on the application for the link before final submission for consent forms 1, 2,3 Any idea as to how to get this Declaration form so that I can print and sign it to add to the Upload documents List . Also in the Document check list there are 4 different places requesting for Declaration for 4 different accounts .Do I have to Print and sign four times or just Once .
I would appreciate any response.

Thanks again for your reply. Yes I have completed SET(M) online for my wife. That link in 'Further Action' is the same as the one under the Document Check List ' Mandatory documents'( which states that Your Partner should download , sign and return. It seems like this is the only Declaration Partner has to sign for ILR.
