Delayed ILR

Post by MrChris » Sun Dec 03, 2023 3:09 pm

Good afternoon,

I wonder if you can help. I applied for ILR under the partner of a British citizen and paid for the same-day service since Aug 4th 2023. The Home Office is yet to reply; the only communication I received from them was to inform me that they are still carrying out checks and I should wait.

I was not worried before, but now I am starting to get concerned. I have not done anything for my application to be delayed; I have a good job, never committed a crime, and own my property, etc.

Any advice will help

Please ignore that; I was just checking for one of my friends that we have a similar immigration journey.
