Dear Team,
I am on Tier2 ICT Visa in UK , I wanted to know the below details -:
1. My wife is working in India and I want to her & my kid to come on dependent Visa (Reason i have small kid and my wife can come multiple times (multi entry) as required. Can she come on dependent if she is working in India ?
2.What documents my wife would require for Visa - Dependent and does she individually require to show any funds ?
3. As said i have 13 month kid do I require to show any funds on mother account when they are applying from India?
4.If My Parents want to come on Tourist visa , what document they require and what is amount they require to show in account also can it be Cash + Fixed Deposit?
Would appreciate response on the above topic.
Thanks,
Spar

See link below for tier 2 dependents.

Please ask your parents visitor visa in General Immigration sub forum, link below, as it is irrelevant to the Tier 2 sub forum.

Also my wife is working and she shall come on leave from office and go back to home country in 30 days and may enter UK multiple time for short duration like 10 days etc

My wife is taking 30 days leave can she get dependent visa for 1 year .
she can get employee letter that she will return to home country within 30 days.
Want dependent visa as my company covers cost of visa and travel and it provides multi entry.
Please suggest.

There is no option for a one year dependent visa. If successful, your wife and child will be issued with a visa for the same length of time as the validity of your visa.

But can she be granted dependent visa if she is working back home , she is taking official leave for 30 days and return back.
I want to confirm that dependent visa is also granted in this case.

Her working in home country is irrelevant to an ICT dependent visa application. There is NO requirement to submit ANY of her employment docs or a letter. This would be required for a visitor visa.
You are perhaps overthinking this process.

my wife shall come on dependent in UK
below is iternary
she will be here for 3 weeks and enter UK with Visa which is granted for 30 day's after that we need to collect BRP from Post office within 1 month
Below is scenario -
Wife will come 3 weeks
1 week - In UK
2 Week - In Europe
3 Week - Last 2 days of week she comes in UK and collect luguage and depart back to home country
Now if she doesnot get BRP in time as delays do occur in receiving BRP , What are implications ?
1.Can she leave UK on month visa and carry out Europe tour on her Schengen visa and enter back in UK?
2. Is this 1 month visa multiple entry visa ?
3.If BRP doesnot come in 3 week time and she needs to fly out to home country what happens ?
