Depedents visa application along with Main applicant

Hi All,
Sorry, if this questions is already answered. I am on the ICT T2 dependent visa in UK and recently my employer agreed to sponsor me a visa but they also insist that when I apply for my visa, my family should also apply for the visa at the same time as me.

Considering the current Covid-19 Situation I don't want to risk them travelling to my home country and apply there dependent visa with me and decided to go ahead with my visa application first.

If I apply for my visa now and decided to apply for my family later in the year or early next year, will there be any difficulties for my family to apply as my dependents.

I have few more question on the visa application, may i request your kind advice to clarify my questions.

1. Is it mandatory that family members always apply with the main applicant. Is it specified anywhere on the COS/in sponsor application to Home office that the applicant will be applying for visa with the family.

2. I have a new born in U.K who is 1 year and 3 months old and she do not have a visa, the reason being that we though that I will add her as my dependent when my apply for a T2 General visa. Is it legal for her to be in U.K provided she is born in U.K and never left the country.

3. In my visa application i am asked about a family in U.K and their details. When I enter my new born details, it asks for the type of visa she is in U.K. What should I fill in for the type of visa she is in.

4. Is tenent agreement necessary for visa application. My tenancy agreement expired in June and I have not renewed it. Will this be a problem.

1. There is NO such mandatory requirement. Note however that IHS fees are increasing on 27th October.

2. The child has no status and you should be paying NHS fees at 150%. Children are only covered for free NHS up to 3 months old. Simply being born in the UK doesn't make the stay legal.

3. Apply for a child's visa then.

4. Only if dependents are applying with you.
