yes .it is risky. on january 2015 he went back home 4 days .when he came back uk , nothing happened at border control . the reason he didnt switch by that time is because we need to meet the financial requirement for flr(m) .

You were advised by Amber in June 2014 that your partner could apply on FLR(FP) if you did not meet the financial requirement.
