Dependent Settlement in UK

Post by hsgprasad » Tue Oct 08, 2019 1:38 pm

Hi,
I need an advice on my dependent settlement, I would appreciate if you can advise me on this please.

I had come to UK in July 2010 under ‘Tier 2 ICT long term staff Leave to Remain’ and working since then for my employer. I am eligible to apply for settlement in June 2020 under long residency for which I am pretty much convinced with the process.

I would like to know if – My Dependants (Wife & Son) who came to UK in June 2012 and staying with me since then under PBS dependent are eligible to apply for settlement along with me or do they need to apply for VISA under some other category?

Regards
Guru

Long Residence ILR does NOT permit dependents to apply with you.

When do their current visas expire?
Char (CR001 not Casa)
