Dependent Tier 2 General

My Partner is living in UK under Tier 2 General visa and we are not registered as married civil partner. Can I apply for Tier 2 gen dependent Visa ? What kind of proof is required ? Kindly help with the query.

If you are unmarried, you need rock solid evidence of two years cohabitation documents proving you are and have been living in a relationship akin to marriage with share commitments.

What is your current UK immigration status?

How long have you bee partners and do you live together?
