Dependents ILR

Could some one help me with the following?
Me and my husband got ILR for 10 years based on 10 years long residence in the middle of August 2015. immediately we applied for our 3 daughters too who all are under 18.
But today I received their biometric residence permit and it turns out that they sent us ILR for 5 years.
Now I am preparing to fill the form on-line for administrative review.
Has anyone been in this situation before?
If you can, can you please reply with any advice as soon as you can?

ILR does not expire. What exactly does the BRP card say?

BRP's expire and need to be updated like a bank card or drivers license and children BRP's are always issued for 5 years as their features change more quickly as they grow.

Before they returned the supporting documents that I sent when I applied to my children ILR, Home Office sent my children ILR biometric residence permits and I received them last week.But the letter came with BRP says as if I already received all the supporting documents.
Could it be this happen? If no how can I get those supporting documents ? I tried to contact HO over the phone
but the option I've got from the menu didn't match with my query.
Could some one help me with this?
