Documents checking refund?

Hi. When I booked my appointment at the Croydon core center, I paid £35 for the checking of my documents. I did this on Friday and my appointment is on Monday. They didn’t send me any message about the docs I uploaded. So, can I get the refund? Because they obviously didn’t do the job.

They don't email you or anything. It is your responsibility to make sure you submit what is required. Ukcvas are not advisors, they are only there to do identity check, biometrics and possibly check the quality of your uploads. Ukcvas is simply a third party agent and not HO.
