Does anybody have direct IT Job source to UK from India?

Does anybody have direct IT Job source to UK from India?

Hi experienced people,

I am a software engineer working in india and planning to apply tier 1.
Just bit worried about easily getting Job in UK.

As we know, we will get the tier 1 Visa but does any body have the sources such that we can get the IT Job from India itfelf after getting tier 1 Visa.

I know there are plenty of IT jobs in UK and we can get the same from India and go there but I dont have any contacts.

Can anybody help on this?
