Does UKBA have to be notified of ICT dependent starting work

Post by acdindian » Mon Apr 04, 2016 8:37 pm

Hi team

Had a query. I am on an ict tier 2 long term visa. My wife is on a tier 2 ict dependent visa and has secured a job and will start soon.

Does she have to explicitly inform UKBA that she has started working or is this something her employer will do?

Thanks in advance

No, neither she or the employer have to notify HO. She is allowed to work.

Thanks so much!. Also since she is on my dependent visa does my employer have to do anything to notify HO?
