Thank you for your answers.
I have already asked to my referees to fill and sign relatives form which took a few weeks to send back and forth mail across the city and some money. What I sent to them was the "form 5." here:
https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... -10-19.pdf as I thought it was common with the online application. However the online application has two different forms with less details. So I have to restart again and send them these new forms (wasting more time and money) to sign? The others are useless?
Thank you
Dan

Also, p45 is valid as p60 as "letters from employers"?

Normally P60 or letter(s)s from employer(s) are sufficient. P45 not required.
This is just my opinion as a member of this forum and does not constitute immigration advice.

My question is about using p45 in place of p60 as from my previous companies I got only that (p60 were on request only). Now getting the p60s would be very hard and difficult at this stage.

Everyone gets a P60 at the end of the tax year. It is not on request only. You also only get ONE per tax year for your total employment in the tax year, regardless of how many employers you had. You don't get one from each employer.

getting worried now

I always worked as full time employee for companies. So I don't do my taxes (apart from the money took straight from my salary). I went through all my papers right now and I cannot see any p60 (only p45s and payslips). I don't think I ever got one of those p60. Asked to a couple of my colleagues and seem the same for them. My employer just told me I can get it if I ask. Bit confused now and worried for the p60 from the past.

Your employer just give each employee a P60 by 31st May each year. See HMRC link below.
https://www.gov.uk/paye-forms-p45-p60-p11d/p60
They must provide this by 31 May, on paper or electronically.

Ok thank you for the link. Now I have 10 years back of p60s to find. That means that I have to contact all the companies from the past? or the last 5 years may be enough?
BTW I have completely filled the online form and technically ready to pay, but this looks a leap in the dark. Is it better wait before to pay in this case?

Important to note that P60s are only issued once. They cannot be reproduced again after many years.
Might be worth registering on HMRC website and downloading your employment and tax history.

Ok I will check that.
I still need to some clarity about the "letters from employer" what can be:
- p60? (seems yes)
- p45?
- hiring contract?
- payslips?
there is more?

There is another point totally confusing for me. At the end of the online application I can read:
-----------
Mr XXXXX's proof of Nationality:
You must include your:
- passport or EEA nationality identity card
- UK permanent residence card
- evidence of freedom from immigration time restrictions
You must have a permanent residence card before you can apply for citizenship Apply for a .permanent residence card.
-----------
I thought that my passport + the 1 year waited after I got "indefinite leave to remain" was enough. Do I also need to do this "permanent residence card"?

Hi all,
I am about to upload my documentation. Is it valid uploading the pictures taken from the documents (JPG/PNG) as I have not a scanner?
Thank you

The preferred way is PDF files but it allows you upload JPEG also. In the end you want to make sure your documents are well organised.
You can simply use apps on your phone to scan documents. I use my mobile to scan.

Im using my apple phone. You have a scanning option in the “notes built in app”. But if you google or search on app store or google play you can find many.
